A message from the President 

Dear NAAMA Members,

We hope this newsletter finds you in good health and high spirits. As we enter the month of September, we would like to take a moment to update you on some important news and events within our organization.

Recent Earthquake in Morocco:

Our hearts go out to the victims affected by the recent earthquake in Morocco. As you may recall, NAAMA had its last international conference in Morocco last December, and our connection to the country makes this tragedy even more personal. We encourage all NAAMA members to come together and support the victims by donating through NAAMA.  https://naama.com/morocco-earthquake-relief-fund/

45th National Conference in San Diego:

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the members who attended our 45th national conference in San Diego. The turnout was exceptional, and the conference was a resounding success on both social and academic levels. A special thank you to our youth volunteers and to the organizing committee for doing a phenomenal job.  NAAMA’s future relies with our youth and young doctors.

Membership Renewal:

As we move forward, we kindly remind all members to renew their membership annually. Your continued support and involvement are vital to the growth and success of NAAMA. 

Chapter Expansion:

We encourage members without a chapter affiliation to consider opening their own chapters. By establishing local chapters, you not only gain access to additional benefits and resources but also increase your voting power within the organization. Starting a chapter allows you to create a localized community of like-minded individuals who can work together to make a positive impact in your area. If you are interested in opening a chapter, please reach out to us for guidance and support.

Upcoming International Conference:

We are excited for our upcoming conference in Egypt this December.  This conference is a great opportunity to connect with other members and to learn more about the work that NAAMA is doing. We encourage all of our members to sign up and participate in this conference by October of this year.
