A Message from The President

Dear NAAMA members, friends, and colleagues,

It gives me great honor to serve as your 2022 NAAMA National President.  Allow me to start by thanking all of you for your trust and the privilege to be in the company of many NAAMA leaders who paved the way for our organization to thrive as the only inclusive pan-Arab association for all health professionals in North America.

Although the past two years have been challenging for healthcare professionals and providers worldwide, we at NAAMA have been on the forefront battling this pandemic and serving our communities and addressing unmet needs through education, prevention, and direct intervention.  Our members have been at the foreground of serving our communities and vulnerable populations in the United States and elsewhere in the world.

As we continue to navigate these unchartered waters, I would like to share with you my vision and promise as President to continue ensuring that NAAMA rises to the challenge as it always did.  For NAAMA to prosper we need to prepare our next generation of NAAMA leaders.  We need to connect our youth with effective mentors and visionary community leaders.  In addition, we need to continue to work hard for NAAMA to be the most resourceful organization of its kind for our members and communities.  And to maintain our unique position as the conduit that addresses healthcare challenges here at home and in our home countries in the Arab World.

I count on your support and help in achieving this vision.  We have always flourished when we joined hands and worked as one organization.  Please renew your membership, join NAAMA if you are not a member and get involved in our activities, our upcoming scientific meetings, as well as our humanitarian missions.  And lastly, give to our NAAMA Foundation, the most effective charitable arm of our non-profit organization.

I look forward to serving you and wish to meet each and every one of you soon.
