June 2023

NAAMA Newsletter

A message from the President

Dear NAAMA Members:

We hope this newsletter finds you in good health and spirits. As we end the month of June, we would like to wish all the fathers out there a Happy Father’s Day. This is a time to celebrate and appreciate the important role that fathers play in our lives. We hope you all had a wonderful day with your loved ones.

We would also like to wish everyone a Happy Eid Al Adha on June 28th. This is a time for reflection, gratitude, and celebration. We hope this Eid brings joy and blessings to you and your families. May your hearts be filled with peace and happiness.     ÙƒÙ„ عام وأنتم بخير Ùˆ عيد مبارك

We are excited for the two upcoming conferences that we have planned for our members. The first conference will be held in San Diego on September 1, 2023, and the second conference will be held in Cairo, Egypt on December 27, 2023. These conferences are a great opportunity to connect with other members and to learn more about the work that NAAMA is doing. We encourage all of our members to sign up and participate in these conferences.

In addition to these conferences, we would like to remind everyone of the benefits of becoming a member of NAAMA. As a member, you will have access to a network of Arab American healthcare professionals, opportunities to attend conferences and events, and the ability to make a positive impact on the health of our community.

We hope you all have a wonderful month and we look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events.

Best regards,

Nahidh Hasaniya, MD, PhD, FACS, FACC, FCCP
